Policies

All of our items are custom, hand-made to order and have a lot of time and love put into them. All details for each pair of glasses are constructed with the utmost skill and effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

***Note: All of our sunglasses with spikes are drilled and screwed into the frame. Not Glued***

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 14 days of receiving items for a store or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. To start the return/exchange, please send us an email to customersupport@ritchiewhitedesigns.com with your return or exchange request. All sales are final.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Please allow from two (14 days)to four weeks (30 days) for production and delivery of your sunglasses. We take much pride in our craft and we want to ensure our customers' satisfaction.

After your order is complete, you will recieve a conformation email.  Please ensure you have a Ritchie White Designs account to track your order.  If you have not received an email for a recent purchase please contact us at customersupport@ritchiewhitedesigns.com.  

If you need your sunglasses quickly for an event or special occasion, please send us an email to sales@ritchiewhitedesigns.com and we will do what ever we can to expedite your order.

Ritchie White Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged package after they have been shipped

Ritchie White Designs  does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address Or negligence of the postal service.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement product or refund for an irreparable product. 

 

Pulling Service

 Professionals in the fashion, music, film or any other related industries may enroll in Ritchie White Designs Pulling Service. Pulling service is available for the all product lines however; the Privé Collection is specifically for pull purposes.  All Pull Services require a refundable deposit based on order, an application, and a signature.
